Schools under 50 students, DEIS primary and DEIS post-primary schools will qualify for our discounted rate when we launch.

We want ClassCover to work for every school in Ireland. A number of discounts are available on top of list pricing.
DEIS schools Discount
Discounted pricing is available for DEIS primary and post-primary schools. Contact our team for a quote for your school.
Very small schools Discount
Schools with fewer than 100 students qualify for our Rural School Rate — a lower flat annual fee designed to keep ClassCover affordable for small rural primary schools. Available on request.
Founding schools Limited
Schools that join in the first cohort at launch get a founding-school discount on Year 1. Apply for the pilot to register your school and be considered for the first cohort. Apply for the pilot →
Pricing FAQs
ClassCover Lite is launching nationwide in 2026 and is free for every school. ClassCover Standard will launch at the same time and schools on Lite will be notified when Standard is available to them.
Lite lets your school upload its existing list of substitute teachers and SNAs and book them through the app, for free. Standard adds teacher discovery — the ability to find and book substitutes from the wider ClassCover network beyond your own list.
Yes. Discounted pricing is available for DEIS primary and post-primary schools, and very small rural schools. Contact our team for a quote.
All list prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. Irish VAT (currently 23% on digital services) is added at checkout.
ClassCover Standard is billed annually, in advance. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. ETBs and multi-school groups can request custom billing arrangements from our Sales team.
We use your enrolment at renewal to set the tier for the following year. You will not be re-tiered mid-year if your enrolment changes during the school year.

Apply to register your school's interest and secure access to ClassCover when we launch. Applications are open to every school in Ireland.
Not every applicant will join the first pilot cohort, but every applicant gets early access to ClassCover Lite at launch and priority notification when we launch Standard.
